We just shipped the Visionati WordPress Plugin (v1.0.0), and it's available now on GitHub.
It generates alt text, captions, and descriptions for images in the Media Library, and product descriptions for WooCommerce stores.
What It Does
- Preview before apply — click a generate button, review the result, then Apply or Discard. No surprises.
- Bulk processing — select a batch of images (or WooCommerce products) and process them all at once with per-image progress.
- Auto-generate on upload — new images get alt text, captions, or descriptions automatically as they're uploaded.
- Per-field settings — each field (alt text, caption, description, WooCommerce) can use a different AI model, role, and custom prompt.
- WooCommerce integration — generates both short and long product descriptions using your product name, categories, attributes, and price as context.
- 160+ languages — same language support as the API.
It works behind firewalls and private networks, so your images don't need to be publicly accessible.
The plugin is free. You just need a Visionati API key and credits.
