Anthropic just released Claude Sonnet 5, and it is already live in Visionati.
If you have used Visionati for a while, you know the idea: instead of trusting one model's take on an image, you run several, compare them, and keep the best result. Claude Sonnet 5 adds another strong set of eyes to that lineup, right alongside Gemini, Grok, OpenAI, and the rest, all working on the exact same photo.
This matters because different models notice different things. One catches the brand on a product, another the mood of a scene, another the small text in a corner. Sonnet 5 is Anthropic's newest and is excellent at reading detail, so it is a strong pick for alt text, captions, product descriptions, and deeper analysis.
How to use it: choose Claude as a description backend wherever you generate descriptions in Visionati (the API with backend set to claude, the Content Analyzer, or your app settings), and you are now running Sonnet 5. The best way to judge it is head to head. Run it against whatever you use now on the same image and see which description you would actually ship.
Give it a try and let us know what you think. If there is a kind of image where one model consistently wins for you, we would love to hear about it.
